  • $65,913 - $71,176 per annum plus superannuation

The opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join Council’s Community Infrastructure Department (sport, recreation and community facilities team) as a Recreation Facilities Officer. This role will be responsible in managing facilities bookings and responding to community requests in a timely manner. You will have high level of customer service focus and have a can do attitude.


Some of the role’s key responsibilities include:

  • Effective management of casual and regular hirer agreements of Council’s community and recreation facilities including community halls and Essendon Traffic School.
  • Administering community event permits and personal training permits.
  • Responding to daily operational requirements and general enquiries which arise within these facilities and spaces in a timely manner.
